These terms govern your use of weddingforecast.co.uk and the purchase of a Wedding Forecast report. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before purchasing.
The service
Wedding Forecast generates a bespoke eight-page PDF report covering the sun position arc, shadow maps, golden hour windows, moon phase, hour-by-hour light quality, and thirty years of historical weather for your chosen UK venue and wedding date. The report is delivered by email as a PDF attachment within minutes of payment. It is prepared specifically for the venue coordinates, date, and names you provide.
Price and payment
The report costs £29 including VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. All transactions are in pounds sterling. We do not store your card details: they are handled entirely by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms and security standards.
Delivery
Your report is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, normally within five minutes of payment. If it has not arrived within ten minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@weddingforecast.co.uk and we will re-send it promptly.
Right of withdrawal
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by placing your order you expressly request that we begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that once the report has been generated and delivered to your inbox, your right of withdrawal is lost. This does not affect your rights if the report contains an error on our part (see Refunds below).
Accuracy
The astronomical data in your report (sun position, sunrise, sunset, golden hour times, moon phase) is calculated from precise mathematical models and is exact for the coordinates and date you provide. Historical weather data is sourced from the Open-Meteo archive covering 1994 to the present and represents long-run patterns, not a day-of forecast. We make no warranty that weather on your wedding day will match historical averages, and the report should not be used as a substitute for a day-of weather forecast.
UK-only service
Reports are available for UK venues only. Venue coordinates must fall within the United Kingdom. If you submit coordinates outside the UK, your order may be declined and refunded in full.
Intellectual property
Your report is licensed for your personal use in connection with your wedding. You may share it with your photographer, wedding planner, and other wedding suppliers. You may not resell it, publish it, or reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wedding Forecast’s total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid (£29). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including decisions made in reliance on the report. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order governs that purchase. Material changes will be notified by updating the date above.
