Refund policy

Each Wedding Forecast report is prepared specifically for your venue, date, and couple. It is a bespoke digital product generated on demand immediately after payment. Because the report is personalised and delivered electronically, we are unable to offer refunds once the PDF has been delivered to your inbox, except in the circumstances set out below.

When we will refund you

We will issue a full refund if:

  • Your report was not delivered within 30 minutes of payment and we are unable to re-send it successfully.
  • The PDF was generated for the wrong venue or date due to a technical error on our part.
  • The report contains a material error in the astronomical or weather data that makes it substantially unusable for its intended purpose.

How to request a refund

Email hello@weddingforecast.co.uk with your order details: the email address you used at checkout and your venue name. We will respond within one business day. If we agree a refund is due, we will process it within five business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel digital purchases. By placing your order you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the report has been generated and delivered. This waiver is stated at checkout before you complete payment.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you retain all statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your report falls short on any of these grounds, contact us and we will make it right.

Gifted reports

If you purchased a report as a gift and the recipient has an issue with it, they are welcome to contact us directly at the email address above. We will treat their request with the same care as any other order.
